We create a writer using your name and email id. Writer or Subscriber may upload his/her photograph or a video clipping, subject to technical feasibility.
The person uploading or submitting content or any other material to the site should be the owner of that content or material in favour of FM Bharat. It shall be the responsibility and liability of the writer for anything that is posted or uploaded on the portal with his/her user id. The writer or visitors, subscriber shall not post any defamatory, offensive, excessive, exaggerated, false, malafide, inaccurate, erroneous, blasphemous, obscene, profane, pirated, offensive, salacious, ghastly, indecent, racial or illegal material on the site.
Profile of a writer will be automatically deleted if it is not active for two months. A writer will automatically be cancelled if any abusive, obscene or sexually oriented message/s or photo/s or video/s are sent by any Writer.
This agreement can be terminated by either of the parties at any time, for any reason without notice to the other party. This right is without prejudice to the right of FM Bharat to suspend or terminate the access of the Writer to the site without notice for any breach of this Agreement.
This site is owned and operated by FM Bharat News Network. It hereby reserves the right to change or discontinue any service, feature, offer, design, layout, content, platform, and equipment, systems, and programme, software needed for the access or use of the site.
